1. Photographer will periodically submit to Photo Bangla a number of digital images in which he owns copyright.
2. All photographs will have full and proper captions and Keywords.
3. Copyright in the photographs will remain the property of the photographer.
4. Photo Bangla team will review all digital photographs submitted by the photographer.
5. Photo Bangla will process and file accepted photographs, and will host them on www.photobangla.com  and partner sites.
6. In compensation for Photo Bangla  services, gross revenues received by Photo Bangla shall be split between the photographer and Photo Bangla as follows: Photographer  will get 50% and Photo Bangla will get 50%.
7.  Photo Bangla shall exercise every precaution to ensure the safety of all photographs held in its custody.
8. In the event of the photographer’s death, his heirs shall be bound by the terms of this agreement and his nominee as per nomination form submitted by the photographer shall receive payments which would otherwise accrue to the photographer.
9. And final make sure that you are comfortable with the terms and condition and fully understand, you may be asked to sign agreement in the future.

FOR TEST SUBMISSION

1. Please submit your best 20 photographs.
2. Maximum file size 500kb, longest size 600 pixels and JPEG format.

If your photographs have passed quality than photo Bangla team will contact with you for final submission and you will be allow to submit any number of your works.
